I am one of the members of the SANE team that works in the RecoveryClub program. I'm happy to answer any general question that you have about RecoveryClub. Was there anything in particular that you wanted to know?

I signed up for recovery club this morning and activated my portal. Now where do I find the portal when I want to log in?

@Oaktree That's great to hear! Welcome 🙂

Once you've activated your portal, there are a couple of ways that you can get into the participant portal. If you're using a desktop computer, you can go to www.sane.org and in the top right hand corner of the window, you'll see "Login". If you're on a phone, you still go to www.sane.org, but you'll first need to click on "Get Support", and then "Participant Login".

Let me know if this does or doesn't work. You can also reach the RecoveryClub team via email, if you'd prefer a less anonymous way of getting support.

Thanks, I have now found the portal but when I go to surveys to fill in the baseline survey it is not there. Just a pink banner that says survey. Am I missing something?

@Oaktree You won't be able to access your survey until 24 hours after you enroll in RecoveryClub. You'll get an email tomorrow which will ask you to complete the survey. If you have any issues after that, let me know. So far, it seems like you've done everything right!

Once you've signed up for RecoveryClub, you'll be able to access the participant portal. Then you'll be able to book yourself in for the mental health recovery groups via Zoom.

We recommend that you attend one group a week, but it's completely up to you.

There are also other documents and resources on the participant portal for you to look at, but you don't HAVE to do that.
