Can I just say a HUGE thsnkyou to @Former-Member  and @Former-Member  for organising the topic of BPD abd having guests from Spectrum. 

It was a fantastic night. So many posts. I could relate to a lot that was said by others.

I am so angry with myself as I completely forgot about this and as I have BPD, I was looking forward to it. I'm sick to death of my memory,  can't remember anything about my life and I feel useless,  what's the use of me carrying on when I'll just forget everything I do, apart from doing my journal which quite often I forget as well.

I don't want to carry on like this anymore, life is shit and Go's don't care either or mine doesn't anyway.

Thanks  @Shaz51 It's not a good morning for me regarding SH,  I am seeing my Psychiatrist at the hospital  today then I have DBT for 3 hours.   I'm  expecting my Psychiatrist to increase my antipsychotic today.
