its ..pills ..supposedly @Glisten  okay its still early days but drinking has halved, as GP gff says its 'cut down ' not 'stop' and barely riding bike, but I yam I yam

and walking and doing weights also barely but still am. not really eating better, am in phases , but eating less I think. just doan feel like it , same as w drink, opened a king brown yest and few mins later thought why tf did I do that ??
