Ive got 90 mins then got to do 60k round trip to get holter monitor off @PeppyPatti 

I just did something had spent months worrying about/visualising .. drain old fuel fm chainsaw lol was almost MT after summer ha ha plus lump of like wadding came out, might start a bit easier next time , touch wood. so, have fuel cans ready to empty not pay council $60 or whatever, they keep halving the rubbish they will accept in bins. decided to tip on rail line , that way will be with all other tens of thousands of litres of oil etc been spilt over the years lol 

.. then .. go to servo and fill one up w diesel to use to light wood fire as it is less than 1/3rd cost of kero , $7 /litre WTAF petrol costs more to make .. crooks

Drinking lovely blue solar water. I feel calm, relaxed and centred apart from having a major energy boost. Have also noticed less appetite which is a bonus for weightloss as I'm a comfort eater. Its lovely being in this tranquil state.  I keep going back to the internet to read articles on the benefits of blue solar water because its quite amazing. Having a quiet restful Sunday everyone. Not walking today. But has been a slow relaxing start to the day. Also looking at more ways to engage the body with more muscle group exercises with my resistance bands to release negative energy and trauma held in the muscles
