Ahh so cool.
Well the drama of financially wealthy volunteers bullying the poor ol' lady who lives in our complex and runs the community side of this establishment has taken a strange yet very positive turn.
There's these 2 ' volunteers,' have bullied her - the lady in public housing who has taken it onboard to be the caretaker of these units. into signing forms that my letters are lies.
She's hysterical. She admitted to me she's drinking more, not drinking and eating but drinking heaps more alcohol.
So - I called the head volunteer to see her for one hour. We, that is another resident turned up when the head volunteer listened to her. I felt so thankful. Now things are going to happen for her.
1. I'm burnt out. Have no idea how professional people fight over this ridiculous scenario.
Sane forums have helped me admitting I'm very vulnerable and it was refreshing throughout this whole situation that I can proudly say that and it's okay for her to be too. This lady now knows she can see the head volunteer and he will listen to her. We didn't know that before.
Interestingly - I think this may be a sane forums thing -iv been reading AI - iv been getting all my mh symptoms and what I get myself into and it's helped me understand - in my very simple language - that these particular people are just not able to hear of what they are doing to others.
It's helped me greatly.

That sounds really brave of you @PeppyPatti ! Opening up and being vulnerable. And how amazing of you to support her by staying with her to talk to the Head. I am glad you've found an ally in him, and I hope things improve for you both.
@TAB hmmm id prefer the fish n chips to the Indian foods myself 😛 but order me a Palak Paneer and Ill be OK 😉

Proud of you for doing it so much. Was it cheaper than a bus/plane ?

@PeppyPatti Palak paneer is an Indian dish that is a type of cheese (paneer) which is soft but holds together like tofu does, with a spinach sauce.
I find Saag (which can be leafy greens, not just spinach) is often a bit spicy and more bitter and I dont like it as much.

So my cat has claws.
And I get to teach her boundaries in this place.
She doesn't like boundaries.
She got on the kitchen counter to look out the window
Apparently the big glass door into the back courtyard is boring
She wants to see out the front
So guess who goes to pick her up without thinking
Me
Guess who has cat scratches up and down her right arm
Me
Guess who is triggered by it
Me
I love my cat but I don't like her right now
