thing is its $300/mth for few months then $450 and have to stay on it forever, If then cant afford it and stop you end up worse off then if never has taken it.most weeks i didnt lose anything anyway, most was on low dose in first 2 weeks then it was really really slow. I started thinking why am I doing this, could get personal trainer for less lol and gym membership as well @Bunniekins

Getting Peanut to help hubby is a brilliant idea, and I hope he realises how proud we all are of him trying to quit. I hope he isn't too difficult to deal with, it can be painful living with someone trying to go through cravings, and then on top of that going through your own withdrawals, you are amazing!

I am going to try healthy alternatives, but my problem is the expense - everything is twice the price when you put "healthy alternative" on the label!

@TAB Wesfarmers own everything these days, but then I prefer that than an overseas company and profits going offshore.

My grandfather had shares in Wesfarmers, $84 a share currently. If I win lotto I might buy some!
