Sorry @Bow , I'm just going through my million tags and was responding to another one in the previous message to you. It must have sounded weird. 

I'm sorry you feel so unsupported @Bow 

I can relate to it. I remember being in hospital, and then left crying sitting outside the hospital doors because I didn't know how to go home and had no support.

I wish something would change for you @Bow  - you deserve to be able to live - like REALLY live life the way it should be.

Am I right in saying your SW and CM visited you? Can you think of what 'support' at this time can look like for you?

I got an Uber home @tyme  noone else around to come pick me up. I didn’t have any shoes on. 

really feel like I don’t know, there needed to be more care. The way I was treated, cared more and supported, felt like I went in with a cold. 

discharge note said I was to be followed up by comet and then back to my usual team. Haven’t heard from comet. I didn’t even get a call from my CM despite leaving 2 messages. She just showed up for our pre arranged home visit. And nothing since. 

I don’t know… a little more care. A little more contact and support. I obviously was NOT ok and it didn’t flick some magical switch and I’m all fine and hunky dory now.

I'm absolutely hearing you, and what you are feeling and experiencing is totally not uncommon. I know it only too well..... @Bow 

It hurt. It really did. It made me feel uncared for and unwanted.

Do you have a psych triage number you can call?

hey @Bow !!! just read about your recent experience - ugh im so sorry that you didn't feel support enough. i wish it could've been better for you. fingers crossed you hear from comhet soon - i know you don't feel like they shown enough care at the moment, but i hope you know that we really do care a lot about you. sitting with you 💙

Despite how I was feeling today, I actually had a really busy and productive day. 
One of my very first art pieces that I listed on FB marketplace has all of a sudden become really popular, it’s have thousands of looks and I have had close to 40 enquired. So have been sifting through all them to see which ones are genuine. 
So then I made half a dozen of them, couple were picked up and then one lady had reconnected and ordered 8 other pieces. 
also just making stock for market on the weekend. Finishing the end of year teacher gift samples. 
I did some polymer clay with my daughter when she got home from school. 
We watched wonka tonight and now I have just crawled into bed.
